Easyjet only cancelled one way

Good Afternoon. Am due to go to Berlin Mid September, and Easyjet have cancelled our return flight, the outgoing flight is still going ahead.
There are no alternative flights back that suit us due to times, so we want to cancel the while booking and get a refund. Will Easyjet refund the whole booking even though only one leg is cancelled? Do I need to contact them.

They're obliged to refund both legs if it's a return trip booked on the same reference number, but their online refund form doesn't give any option to choose whether it's just the cancelled leg or the full booking to refund, so you could start by completing that and push them harder if they only make a partial refund, since contacting them is something of a nightmare and best avoided....1

Yes I noticed that about the form. Annoying, but the alternative flights don’t suit us. So I will try for a full refund in the first instance0

Since you are still 6 weeks from departure, you could wait and see if they cancel the outbound leg too, rather than possibly having to claim twice. No free lunch, and no free laptop

I've applied for a refund, it clearly says in several places that they will refund the whole booking if one leg is cancelled.0

EasyJet cancelled my flight out to Berlin about a week ago and then yesterday the cancelled the return flight. This may well happen to you but worth ringing them (if you can get through).0

Which places? Any links would be handy - I was looking out for this when applying for a refund and don't see it mentioned on the navigation journey that they routed me through, i.e.diego_94 said:I've applied for a refund, it clearly says in several places that they will refund the whole booking if one leg is cancelled.
