Love Holidays won't refund inbound flight

Booked a packaged holiday to Turkey last year through Love Holidays, paid in full, due to travel on 1st August.
Outbound flight with TUI was cancelled two weeks ago, received confirmation from TUI that flights had been refunded to a card number we don't recognise - presumably to Love Holidays. Have been attempting to contact Love Holidays ever since, with no answer or reply to social media messages. We discovered a few days ago that the hotel will be also be closed.
Love Holidays contacted us today to say that they would refund outbound flights and hotel, but NOT inbound flights as the provider (Jet2) haven't cancelled it.
Obviously we can't use the inbound flight if we can't get there and have nowhere to stay! Are Love Holidays entitled to only issue a partial refund??

If it's a package (and shown as such on the ATOL certificate) then they're obliged to offer a full refund if any of the components are cancelled.1

Hello,
I have the same problem with Love Holidays, booked a package holiday to Portugal back in January 2020 due to depart on the 18th August and the return flight was cancelled by Ryanair in June. Have contacted Love Holidays a few times on Live Chat and have been told that someone will be in contact. I am very worried as the balance of our holiday is due for payment on the 4th August. Can Love Holidays take this money if the holiday is incomplete? One agent told me they would not be taking the money but another was not sure.
