How can I get my cruise refund from Cruise 1st

Has anyone else got refunds from Cruise 1st? our cruise was meant to be 25th May 2020 and our £4100 payment has not been refunded. The vouchers I bought directly from the cruise company, MSC, were refunded the week after the cruise. I have had no information other than I will get my refund when they get their refund and it could be 120days? I am sending chasing emails every few weeks but the phones have been cut off. Anyone have any ideas?

The law is 14 days for refunds, that has not changed.0
