Hi, received a letter over a year ago from DRP, read the newbies 4 sticky and went on advice and ignored it.
I now have an CST law letter come through claiming on behalf of DRP. I re read the newbies post and it says CST are a debt collector and ignore it.
I later read about someone having a LBC sent by CST and they now can't ignore it.
What advice is correct and if you can't ignore the LBC why is the correct method to ignore?
Posting this as I am now expecting an LBC letter off CST
Please help,
Thanks

After reading the above, you may care to ask in your reply ...... If they have been instructed by DRP, please provide a contract from DRP and yourself CLUE: There is not one ????
And, what is their legal authority to add £70 and a debt collection charge ??
CLUE: There is not one ????
That's why CST is living in the clouds
CST are making a mockery of themselves and if they follow through with their rubbish, the courts will spank them2
