Travel insurance for cancellation and baggage only

I’m trying to find a company who will give cover for cancellation and loss of luggage only. I’m travelling to Canada in December and have health insurance in Canada so I don’t need to purchase it. Can anyone help?

Does your home insurance not cover your baggage? Personal Possessions cover varies a lot between providers but often can be sufficient.
What classes of cancellation do you want covered? Does that have to cover health in case you are too sick to travel?
Travel insurance is generally a cheap product with only relatively modest cover on baggage (many peoples mobiles will exceed the single item limit etc). Given its already cheap you are unlikely to find someone who has stripped out the biggest component (especially if you want it partially maintained for cancellations) as you are then into niche product category and so paying much more.0
