Can I continue to receive Universal Credit if my business receives money and not me?

I'm a sole director of a Limited company. (Freelance Designer). I'm currently not working and receiving Universal Credit. If I were to take a job, the money would go straight into the business account. If I leave it there and not pay myself a salary would this effect the amount of Universal Credit I'd receive?
Thanks!
Thanks!

This is probably better asked over on the Benefits boardI think that there are some rules around how DWP take into account company / sole trader earnings for UC, but I'm not aware of the details - the experts over on that board will know.

What a dreadfully sad immoral question.AshG1992 said:I'm a sole director of a Limited company. (Freelance Designer). I'm currently not working and receiving Universal Credit.
