Hillingdon Council Parking Ticket.

Hello Guys.

 I am a Newbie . I wanted some help regarding my parking ticket. I will pay this tomorrow. I recieved a ticket on Sunday for '' PCN contravention 62 for "Parked with one or more wheels on over a footpath " . The road name is Golden crescent Hayes. I can see no sign's on the road. I will pay the fine of £55 before 14 days. Im not sure if I should appeal .

 Pay. 
Its illegal to park with wheels on the pavement ANYWHERE in teh greater london area. Has been since the 1970s. No signs required. In fact you need signs to permit parking on pavements.

Ok thank you. I won't be parking there again. I wanted to know if it was appropriate for the council parking attendant to wait in temple or mosque car park in order to give tickets to people or not. 
He was also very rude did not answer any questions. I felt very apprehensive.
