I can't fault them, I booked our holiday last year for a holiday in August this year. I paid our deposit of £99 and waited until we had to pay the final balance which was due 6 weeks before travel. At that point the air bridges hadn't been put into place so I cancelled the holiday. Eurocamp kindly moved the deposit to a holiday for next year. They didn't need to but they did. When they opened up the air bridges to France, I re-booked the same holiday, to depart this Saturday and paid in full. After what occurred this week, my husband has got really cold feet because of the possible 14 days isolation they have also threatened France with. I phoned up Eurocamp to cancel, fully expecting to lose all my money, as there is no reason to cancel at the moment as everything is still ok with France and of course I booked right in the middle of a pandemic. Again they've been great and moved the payment until next years holiday when they didn't need too. I can't praise them enough.
Also I have to Mention Euro Tunnel, they have done the same. No need to refund or replace our ticket as it was a standard crossing but they've issued a credit note for next year.
I get a lovely rainy cold week in Cornwall instead of the south of France but I've lost nothing, happy days!

Nice to hear of a post about a company saying “I can’t fault them”, it’s good to see companies behaving well during the pandemic.2
