LBG collections Refund

Evening all,
I'm new to this and honestly not sure if I'm in the right area, so if not apologies.
I checked my Halifax Current bank account and saw I had a refund for £382.52 labelled Bank Refund Collections Refund LBG.
I called Halifax straight away and they said it was a proper refund via Equiniti Copenhagen with an attached phone number of 0800 0271310. Couldn't call them as line closes at 5.
Very confused by this. I do have a sharesave scheme with Equiniti but couldn't see anything on their regarding this.
Any ideas?

£382.52 would be a bit over 3000 Danish Krone, do you have any dealings with Copenhagen/Denmark?If you work for a Danish company then it would seem very coincidental if it turns out not to be related to that.

OP have you ever had financial difficulties with any Lloyds banking group bank?
Collections has two meanings to me 1. A previous account had gone into financial difficulty and perhaps closed off due to financial mismanagement. or 2. A foreign cheque sent off to Collections to collect funds .0
