Just found I have a ccj



A letter from the debt collection agency saying u need to pay this or the bailiffs will come.
Because an old dvla invoice went to our old address and the people didn't forward any letters on so its been escalated so now has a ccj
I am now worried. What shall i do.
Please advise

If you admit the debt is yours, you can either pay it off in full, ask the creditor if they will accept an instalment plan, or set it in stone and apply to the court to pay by monthly payments instead.

If it’s been paid within the first month of being awarded then it will get removed.
