Ryanair voucher

Had a flight cancel at Easter with Ryanair and accepted a voucher. Used it a couple of weeks ago for guess where....Spain of course! Now I can't go there either due to travel restrictions but this time Ryanair are not cancelling flights to Spain. They have told me they won't refund or re-reissue the original voucher. What are my options?

Will your travel insurance cover you for calling off the trip because of the FCO advice regarding non-essential travel to Spain?
If not, that just leaves three options:- Choose not to travel, and therefore lose your money
- Ignore the FCO advice and go ahead, accepting lack of travel insurance
- Ignore the FCO advice and go ahead, arranging some limited insurance for non-Covid risks

There are no travel restrictions in place for Spain (only travel advisories): you are free to travel there, and flights are operating. However you will at present have to self-quarantine for 14 days on your return. No free lunch, and no free laptop
