Holiday Cancellation?

Good Afternoon,
please can anyone help?
i have a holiday booked with OtBeach - departing Saturday, to Lanzarote. I have yet to hear anything from them following the change of FCO advice, call centre automated phone message. Facebook, the same. No response to emails. Bizarrely you can still book holidays to the canaries departing Saturday!!
Credit Card. I have contacted my credit card company (Lloyd’s) whom confirm that if the flight takes off and the hotel is open - I will not be able to claim a refund irrespective of FCO advice - is this correct? They did advise to screen OTBeach screens etc.
Travel Insurance. I have contacted my travel insurance whom confirmed they will not cover me if I ignore FCO advice.

EasyJet. Have contacted me to change my flights and given me deadline of Thursday this week - otherwise I incur fees. Feel a bit pressured by this.
i am not too concerned with the 14 quarantine and happy to holiday elsewhere, but feel loathed to re-book until this booking is re-arranged.
Basically, I can go on holiday against FCO advice without insurance. Or be classed a no-show and loose all my monies. Surely ,it’s not right to treat customers in this way.
any advice would be most welcome

Yes, your credit card is correct.
Does your travel insurance cover you if you heed the travel advice? That seems your best shot.0 -
Since your insurers will not cover you if you go, will they not reimburse you if you cancel because of FCO advice and are unable to get a refund from OTBeach?ScottWarren said:...

Thanks for the message, yes I can get a refund from the insurance firm - which incidentally is booked through OTBeach.
what I can’t understand why is this process so difficult - if the foreign office have against all travel that is not essential- then why is it - OTBeach do not just cancel and return the money automatically. What is the point of the FCO advice, if holidays can still be booked on Saturday- this is absolutely bizarre0 -
It is only advice so those who still want to travel can, albeit without insurance cover. Flights and hotels are available.0

I have since contacted the insurance and it appears I am not covered for cancellation- as at the time of booking - it was deemed likely that this will happen.

When did you book it?ScottWarren said:I have since contacted the insurance and it appears I am not covered for cancellation- as at the time of booking - it was deemed likely that this will happen.0
