LG and AO leaving me with a washer dryer I can't use

I contacted LG first. When I did contact AO I had to go through some automated questions and they automatically connected me to LG! I realised the only way to speak to anyone in AO is to select the option that says the machine is NOT faulty, even if it is.0 -

Another thread re LG. I think we are starting to win with the LG TV problem. TV or Washing Machine, its still LG.
