O Beach Ibiza - No refund just date change in 2020?

Booked to go to O beach Ibiza on 10th August and paid several hundred pounds in deposit. O Beach Ibiza refusing to issue refund or credit note and saying only option is a date change in the 2020 season. This is not possible due to the FCO advice, unable to get travel insurance and don't have a job that will allow me to quarantine for 14 days on return. Any ideas if there is a way to get refund for this?

Thank you in advance.

    Did you book direct ?
If the hotel is open then they have no requirement to refund you as the service is available. The fact you have advice not to go is not their responsibility.
If you do not have travel insurance  then there is no on you can claim from.

You don't make it clear if you want to cancel, or OTB are trying to change the dates?
Assuming the former, then, if the flights and accom are available (it's assumed this is a package booking, with an ATOL certificate)?, you have no rights to a refund. The provider is not responsible for the imposition of UK quarantine regs.
FCO advice is just that: advisory only, it does not prevent you travelling. Your travel insurance needs to be taken out at the time of booking, not 2 weeks before departure, but even if you had it, it probably wouldn't cover you for this, as this is just 'disinclination to travel'.
However, it is more than likely that. by the time you return on 24/8. the quarantine regs will have been reviewed anyway, as the Balearics are considered low-risk.
