Recently ordered from Gymshark and the delivery was with Hermes. Hermes have delivered the item and provided a “safe place” picture of a letter box and I have no idea where it is!! Have checked with neighbours and no one has it.. I have contacted Gymshark but they said my problem is with the delivery company not them.. Hermes directed me back to Gymshark.. What can I do????

Your contract is with Gymshark. They are responsible for delivering the goods to you. So your dispute is with Gymshark.
If you want, you can provide Gymshark with a picture of your letter box, for them to compare with Hermes picture of a letterbox.
If Gymshark continue to be difficult, you have the usual types of recourse available to consumers - chargeback, court claim etc.

Have you tried reading the EXIF data on the supplied photo (assuming it's a jpg)?I've done that before now and got gps coordinates to prove that it was nowhere near my house.2

Put a photo of the postbox where the parcel is on here - perhaps someone will recognise it as theirs ?

You mean that having a big box with somebody else's name and address isn't enough?0

The tracking info for the parcel used to show the GPS location of the photo, assume it still doesciderboy2009 said:Have you tried reading the EXIF data on the supplied photo (assuming it's a jpg)?I've done that before now and got gps coordinates to prove that it was nowhere near my house.0 -
... if it does, pop the GPS location into Google Streetview and check out their letterbox to see if it matches
