M&S credit card balance transfer offers for existing customers

Does anyone know if there is any policy around when and how often M&S offer 0% balance transfers to existing customers? I have had offers in the past including when I have already had a 0% offer on the go. Making a purchase in September and would like to transfer so hoping an offer will be available then. I am well within my credit limit.

There's no published policy and it flexes according to need.

They can do it as and when.

And given the current circumstances it’s unlikely to be any time soon

They will do it when marketing decides it's right to acquire more debt/customers.

Clearly at the moment they do not want to take anything further on.
