Cardon Construction Ltd - Cardon property & Construction Ltd is formally Excell construction.
The 2 directors owe us £40k. Made us work through xmas to get a new leading supermarket chain up and running. Kept making excuses that they had not been paid. So we rang the client direct. They had infact been paid!Once we confronted them with this and sent baliffs to the same offices that they are trading from now they liquidated and ran with peoples money who had worked hard for them for over 6 weeks.
Brilliant at stringing people along to ensure the contract was completed and in turn ensuring their personal reputation was untainted. All that was left was a good handfull of businesses to pick up the pieces and try to get through these hard times after a massive financial blow.
To any new or existing subcontractors or clients wishing to do business, I strongly advise you to avoid at all cost as the 2 directors will not pay.

They personally owe us £40k. Made us work through xmas to get a new Lidl up and running. Kept making excuses that Lidl had not paid them so we rang Lidl direct. They had infact been paid.
