I was furloughed from My job for April, May and June at 80% pay. I went back to work part time for July and have today received 100% pay.
My work have told me i’m being furloughed again for August at 80% pay. My question is i will work this Friday, Sat and Sun. so how much pay will i receive in Aug. Just over 80%? My work have said that any holidays and days worked are paid at 100% pay.

From what I understand any days you work are 100%. Anything furloughed is 80%.The flexible furlough doesn’t allow full time furlough I don’t believe (hence the whole point) so you should have a mixture0

This.
Yes, Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 100% (unless Friday was included in July pay) then 80% for the remainder of the month. That will come out to just over 80% for the month.Alicekimbo said:i’m being furloughed again for August at 80% pay. The rate at which you are paid when working is determined by your contract of employment, as amended by any furlough agreement. Some contracts were amended such that the employee's pay was reduced, whether on furlough or not. Others were amended so reduced pay only applies to periods on furlough. It sounds like you fortunately fall into the second category, but you should check.adamp87 said:From what I understand any days you work are 100%.
