The sticky thread for NEWBIES that asks everyone to read it before starting a thread tells you exactly what to do. That is, send the appeal template in blue text you will find in the first post of the NEWBIES. Send it unaltered from The Keeper. Afterwards, read up on what to do if/when it is rejected.

Also search this forum for other Wells next the Sea threads. There are several.

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Have you not searched for and read all the other Wells Next the Sea cases here?!

Have you missed NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST and not yet realised why NOT to say who was driving, when you appeal?  You need to read the forum first.

Obviously not saying who was driving,  I assume you meant to add?

When giving advice on this board, things like that are vital.

The KEEPER appeals a private PCN for all the reasons explained in the NEWBIES thread.
