Hi

I was wondering of anyone else has had any issues with the above company. I've just had to raise an ombudsman compaint with them and their online reviews are very limited yet suspiciously positive?
Looking for some advice.

    They appear to have incorrectly spec'd the original vehicle quote for the lease agreement which has only now came to light and have came back with a monthly fee c.10% higher than the original agreement. When informed this was unacceptable the will only refund part of the initial payment they wish to keep a fee for placing the order despite this being based on the price for a different vehicle and discount.
