Just bought a cheap runaround Nissan Micra (2008)
Options
I have just bought a lovely blue Nissan Micra to use as a cheap runaround. My first and only previous car was another Micra '93 model, drove it 13 years before selling it to save some cash. This would be my biggest purchase at £1,495 since paying off £3,000 of credit card debt. Lockdown helped me cut my outgoings. I only started to miss driving recently after 4 years without a car. I still feel a bit guilty as I don't "need" the car as essential, but it was my reward for becoming debt free. I know it will be cheap to run.
Achievements:
9 Aug 2021: Achieved a perfect credit score on Experian (999/999 points - Excellent)
Debt free date: 23 July 2021.
Next goals: Save deposit as a first time buyer.
Find ways to increase income
Further reduce budget/ sell old stuff
Goals for October 2018: Eliminate unneccessary spending

That was almost as exciting as 'the Archers'.0

Not sure this post really fits in here as the car you bought wasn't £15,000 and not bought using finance for 15% APR and now you want to sue for miss-selling as you have now read the paperwork (3 months later) and noted the high interest rate.
Good luck, you probably don't need it.3 -
