Non-existent products on Equifax verification?

I have recently tried to get my statutory credit report from Equifax to check that there are no errors. Due to having just moved in with my partner I am having difficulty verifying my current address as I have no documents with it on as yet, so I can't see my report. When I attempted to access my report there were a few verification questions which asked for me to confirm details such as where I have my current account as well as questions relating to things such as a car loan and a mortgage which I do not have. Is this something to be concerned about or is it just there to catch out nefarious actors trying to access my credit report?
