Refund request being ignored by company

Options
Hey
I purchased something from an online store linked through Facebook "the studio eleven" I received the item and the quality is so poor and not worth the money paid. So I didn't remove from packaging and requested a refund immediately. I have not had a response to my emails or Facebook messages. My posts on their page keep being deleted. I tried calling the number for the logistics company detailed on the packaging but they do not have any contact details for the seller. There is no number for this company anywhere I can find.
What can I do? I'm not sure what my next steps are!

Cheers

Thanks for your reply. Yeah I know, I feel really stupid to be honest. Read the reviews etc and seemed legit enough. First time I've purchased via Facebook promotion.
I paid via PayPal which is linked to my debit card.
    Thanks

I hope it is not a lot of money.  Treat it as part of the learning curve.

Paypal isn't a guarantee so unless you can prove it is significantly not as described you can't force a return.  This of course is moot if the seller isn't in the UK as you have to return the item via an online trackable means.

You could try the card/bank that funded Paypal if you paid that way, although most refuse as you've used an intermediary service.
