Simply put, all money transfers have to be done in legal names. Nothing new about this.0

If you can tolerate giving out the name, bank apps like starling and monzo allow emailing people a link which they can pay amounts into using debit cards. The form will show their legal name but not their bank details. It looks quite professional and I'd have no problem paying somebody through it myself.

If anonymity is essential then it’s probably only crypto’s that would do but they’re fraught with problems.0
