Does anyone know if you can claim timeshare maintenance back from travel insurance company, when foreign and commonwealth offi e advise against travel to a country. ????

It seems very unlikely to me that such costs would be covered under the terms of a travel insurance policy - have you found anything in your policy that would suggest that this could be regarded as being in scope?

Not checked yet, but as it is a holiday expense
for accommodation. So wasn't  entirely sure.

Unless I'm misunderstanding what you're referring to, surely maintenance is a cost of ownership, rather than a cost specifically attributed to travel?

It’s payable for times when you aren’t on holiday, so I doubt holiday insurance would cover it.
