Hi,
Wondering if anyone can help! Took out a virgin annual travel insurance cover back in January, no mention of covid-19 related issues not being covered. Am due to travel to Croatia in a few weeks, have checked the policy and it is now saying anything related to covid-19 will not be covered. Are they allowed to change the terms of my cover like this? Hunting for information but had no luck so far!

TIA :)

Do you not have the original policy document either printed or via email (pdf)?

Looks like you're covered IMHO if you booked the holiday before March 13th 202

Thanks for this! I didn't have the original document sent via email, as Virgin just sent me a link that then showed the policy document online (which is now covered in things about corona!). However your message made me think to have a look through my downloads on my computer for the date I bought the cover and luckily I had downloaded it at that point - no mention of corona on there so looks like I should be ok! Thankyou so much for your message :)
