Can I claim under s75 for this?

Our local soft play has closed. I think they voluntarily closed, they didnt mention anything about administrators. I had an annual pass which started in january and cost £160. The soft play has been closed since lockdown started and they are not reopening. I tried contacting them about a refund but had no reply.

If you paid by credit card then you can ask for a chargeback for services not supplied or a slower S75. 

I assume you had use from Jan to lockdown so it will probably be a pro-rata.

You will also need some confirmation of whether they have closed for good or because of Covid.

As above you will need proof that they will not be reopening.
Any refund will be pro rata and at a guess will exclude the period where they were forced to close. Unless they like some gym's extended the period by the number of months that they were forced to close.

You are also look at a chargeback rather than S75.

Thank you for that. They announced they closed for good about 2 weeks ago on facebook.
