Waiting for My trip and Turkish airlines refund

I had Turkish airline flights booked through My trip cancelled 2 months ago. 

I put in for a refund but all I’ve had back is a email saying My trip are waiting for a refund from the airline. 

Is there anything I can do to speed

up the process? 

I paid with a credit card.

Unfortunately many of the rest of us are in the same position, with limited communication from agents and refunds which don't appear.

You could approach your credit card company and ask them to do a chargeback. You may need to provide documentation, original booking, proof flight was cancelled, efforts to contact My trip etc. 

That could also be a lengthy process, but the two can run in tandem and it increases your chance of getting your money back.
