    Pick a number between 1 and 30,000.     Based on the criteria you have given, any one of those could meet it.

    Best way to get a sensible answer ??? Ask a sensible question, i.e. with enough detail to give posters something to go on - the source of the money is nothing like as relevant as what your objectives are for the money, what your financial circumstances are, what other assets you have, age, health, family, job security, property ownership, pension provision, etc, etc....
