I saw this company online called 'Homenowuk' and was just curious as to whether anyone out there has ever used it before? It seems to be a sort of rent to buy scheme but I can't seem to find any reviews on them.
I copied this from their site :-
Thanks in advance for any help

'Choose your ideal home
We buy the house for you to rent
You choose your ideal home from any property currently on the housing market not limited to rental stock.
We complete a detailed survey, ensuring the house is not in need of any renovation. We negotiate and purchase the property paying all associated costs.
Move into your new home
Share in the house price increase
You sign a 5 year tenancy agreement, and move into your new home. You are safe in the knowledge you will be there for 5 years and the monthly cost is fixed for 5 years. No unforeseen rent hikes.
After 5 years you receive one third of the increase in value. We hope you use this money as a contribution towards your mortgage deposit to buy your home from us.
Thanks in advance for any help
