Cyber Power not offering to pay for return of faulty PC - Help

Hello,.
We bought a new £2000 PC and after waiting 16 days for it to arrive on friday it has a faulty graphics card, earliest I could contact Cyber Power was today and they have issued a RMA number to return it but only provided instructions and their address... They have not stated they will send a courier out to collect it and after looking in their FAQ's they state they will arrange for collection when your replacing the PC but in terms of when you want a refund they say the seller will be liable for return costs even within the 1 month grace period.
I referred to the 2015 consumers act and it states that if the product is faulty the seller is liable for collection and any costs to return a faulty product. So what am I to believe here? are they flouting the rights act?
We paid through £200 deposit and the rest finance, We recieved an email from the financier asking was everything ok etc etc... should we be contacting them too?
please help somebody, its been stressful and they arent the easiest to get in contact with.
Thanks

I responded to this yesterday ... looks like the Tony brigade are at it again. 🙄
Edit: I've reported this post (of mine) to the forum team so that they'll hopefully address the issue and remove the troublemaker(s).0 -
Would you be happy/comfortable replacing the GFX card ?
It may be a better solution to ask them to send you just a new card (assuming you are happy with the rest of the build)0 -
If you bought it on finance, then the finance company are jointly liable for any problems with the computer. So if the supplier is being unhelpful, you are free to talk to the finance company.
If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.0
