Can't get mother's Day refund

Hi there,
I've been chasing a hotel for over 100 days for a refund for Mother's Day afternoon tea which cost £130. I've emailed them and whilst they're helpful over email explaining the delay (they need to batch process the payments through a 3P supplier which managed the actual booking) I've still not got my money back. I then emailed the manager who said the same thing and that I should expect payment the next week, or the following week. This was almost a month ago and there's been about 25 emails back and forth. 
Is there anything I can do to take it further? If they're processing refunds in batches surely I'm not the only one and I'm sure that 100+ days is far too long. I thought about the lockdown of course and definitely gave them leeway for that in terms of timings but at this rate I'm sure they'll still have my money for mother's Day 2021.

Do they have a facebook page? If so see if others on there have posted & are in a similar situation to you.
