I’ve taken legal advice and solicitor thinks we should remove her as executor as she’s clearly not doing her job. He also recommended mediation first. I’m utterly exhausted with her and feel like she’d really enjoy the drama of a court case, regardless of the expense. I’m going to take a breather for a while (we’ve lost the buyer now). She will never get her inheritance unless I say so. She’s broke and I’m not. If another sale comes along it will under my terms or no sale. Right now my sanity and mental health are more important than a 12 court battle. Thank you everyone for your advice. Will update periodically.4
