CEO or Managing Director at Currys

I am enquiring to see if anyone knows the name and e mail address of the CEO or Managing Director at Curry's. I have been trying to get a replacement fridge freezer from them which is covered under warranty. The engineer called out on 4 June and said it would have to be replaced. I have been waiting since then for a replacement and I have been passed between various departments within Currys who blame each other for the delay. I have been without a fridge freezer all this time and now want to complain to someone in authority within the company to see if I can get this sorted.

Dont waste your time with this, its nowhere near right.
Lower level managers via LinkedIn is the way to go. I know from experience with Currys.

Good luck with that. Currys accrue victims faster than coronavirus works it's way through populations.

Agreed with the above, you would think that over the years of criticism Curry's would have learned to look after it's customers.

I think you will struggle to get hold of them, judging from what is online about there complaints department. Is the item a curry's product? You could contact the press the guardian get sometimes get good results. go to the money section and then exopert advice for further details.

As always, emails to exec tend to be answered by an enhanced complaint handler though arent necessarily any more generous or reasonable than the regulars.
