Good evening
can anyone help please????
I was made bankrupt on 23/09/16 and discharged on 23/09/17, I checked my credit report today and I still have accounts from CapQuest & Lowell showing as open with balance still owing as full, even those these were included in my bankruptcy. Also I have two CCJ's that were raised in the Feb 2017 that were also against my bankruptcy showing as active.
Please help

Unfortunately you gotta help yourself with this one, it’s standard procedure to clean up your credit file after bankruptcy, you have been provided with the link above, all accounts should show as settled, and default dates the same as, or prior to, your bankruptcy.You have some letter writing to do.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
