I have requested a letter of renunciation in respect of my late husband. The company dealing with the Will has sent this to another person along with a copy of my late husbands Will. Clearly this is not acceptable but other than complain and accept a’we are very sorry’ what should I do?

If the firm was an unregulated will writing company then probably not a lot. Once you have gone through probate the will becomes a public document anyway, so personally I would let it go.

Nothing. I can understand it will have caused you distress and dismay, but mistakes happen and the will becomes public property once probate has been granted, so I'm not sure what grounds you have for doing anything other than accepting the apology.
