Contact Lastminute.com?

Hi,
Not sure if anyone can help but thought I would give it a go anyway. Tried for over 4 hours in last few days to contact lastminute.com on the published numbers (also tried all numbers listed on say no to 0870, but alas none work). Lastminute cannot be contacted via twitter, facebook, email or online. My 18 yr old daughter had booked eurostar and hotel in Paris and lastminute have sent through all the booking info with instructions to enter PRN code and surname into Eurostar to access tickets. The problem is this does not work and the PRN code seems invalid. Managed to speak to Eurostar who have stated they have sent all info re tickets to lastminute.com re tickets and they cannot help and will not give any info. Eurostar stated we cannot access tickets in London based on the info we currently have (which I have asked them to put in writing). I really appreciate that this is a busy time to contact companies but I am really concerned that this trip cannot go ahead. Any suggestions? Not sure I can cancel as France is open and lastminute.com not answering calls in 2 days of trying.
Thank you,
JC

They have been replying to me as I attempt to get my deposit back for a Holiday they have not even cancelled yet !!
One response was less than 24 hours - poorly written and vague, but better than nothing.

I have the same problem with lastminute . They will only send you back a generic email stating that they have passed your case on to their refund dept. I’ve been waiting 3 months for my refund and tried numerous times to contact them . I don’t know where to turn to next .

    Lloyds tsb. Won 913pounds
Capital One Bank . Won 806.18 pounds.(awaiting cheque)
G E Money . MCOL CLAIM FOR 330 Pounds.

Payment method, if you paid by card. Go for a chargeback. You may need to evidence you have tried to contact them and your holiday has been cancelled.

That's part of the problem in my case. They have not categorically stated my Holiday has been cancelled even though the Flights were so over a month ago.
However if I have an e-mail saying their refunds department have been dealing with it for over a month would that be enough ?
I should add I'm not due to Fly till August 8th so do I have to wait till after that date ?
In my circumstances it is only a deposit of £400, they surely can't attest they are awaiting a refund of monies from suppliers in order to payout.

Most likely having to manage their cashflow carefully. The plantation of magic money trees is under threat of extinction.

Indeed, but do you think at this stage I can go for a  Chargeback as :
When BA Cancelled the flights in June they didn't tell me BA did ....
This effectively cancelled the package over a month ago.....
Anyone on here who has not been exposed to the incompetence of LM.com has no idea what they are like.
You get vague e-mails that appear to have been written by 5 year olds judging by the grammar and syntax.

It's only been 3 days but I have had no reply from customercare@lastminute.com. I have written a letter to head office in London and enclosed all documentation and screenshots showing the PNR code clearly does not work so I cannot access my Eurostar tickets. I sent letter signed for and have confirmation from Royal Mail it was delivered and signed. I am now moving into evidence collection mode as I may very well have to try and claim the costs back through the credit card if the trip does not go ahead because lastminute have not sent me the correct code to access my train tickets to Paris. I have no hope whatsoever of getting through to them on the phone. This should be easy to resolve, the hotel confirmed it is booked and it looks as though they booked Eurostar but have just sent me an invalid code for the tickets. If I could get through on the phone I am sure this could be sorted quickly - so very very frustrating. I will never book with this company again and I will shout it from the rooftops advising everyone never to use them, I would be surprised if they survive this crisis as their access to customer service is non existent. Eurostar will not help as tickets booked by a third party - lastminute.com.
