Monese & infinite pending payments

I sent all my savings of €6,200 from the U.K. to my account in Spain with Monese 14 days ago. 

The payment was immediately marked ‘pending’ and said it should clear in a couple of days. 

It’s still pending 2 weeks later and every response from support says the same - that it will clear some time in the future. 

I’ve read this is happening to a lot of people online. Is my money safe? Will I ever see it again? Has anyone else experienced this and what was the outcome? I don’t know what to do but the money is delaying my partner’s visa application so it’s stressing me out.

They have done the same with me. My transfer is still pending since 2nd July - that's 35 days ago!! And support keep saying its normal practice be patient!

So the payment has been received in your Monese but marked as pending? If not, have you done a direct transfer or used a forex provider?

Hi svpersteve, i'd like to know if did you solve you're truble, because it happening same to me, i did a transference from Monese to a spanish account to pay part of the house on buyng, ( on 7 Sep), but even if i gave to them all required ( house Buying contract, with same name like account holder, certification of my income, etc etc...) money still oending.
