My friend bought 2 x Ladies Day Aintree, Queen Mother Seats for 3 April 2020 from Racing Breaks on 29 July 2019 for £260.00. Unfortunately due to the COVID pandemic it was cancelled. My friend has telephoned, emailed and written letters on numerous occasions but to date we have still not received a refund.0

If she paid by credit card, she needs to claim from the card issuer under section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act as the last set of accounts show a deficiency of £1.6 million, so I suspect no one is seeing refunds...0
