Do I have anywhere else to complain about faulty beko fridge freezer?

Options
Our American Fridge Freezer stopped working a day out of warranty. I called Beko who told me they could do nothing and I would need to organise my own repair. I spoke to D&G who set up a repair and care plan to send an engineer out. I also sent an email to the Beko Customer Sevice to express my disappointment at the poor quality if the product. The engineer came out the following week and stated it had a long term fault which was now irrepairable, the engineer stated he would send his report that evening. I was advised to go back to Beko to inform them that it went had faulted within the warranty. Beko informed me they could not help as it was now out of warranty. D&G state they have no details on the report as to what the problem is, only that it is irrepairable. I made a telephone complaint that I was being sent round in circles when the fault had happened before the warranty had ended. I  have heard nothing back from the 2 complaints I have put in, not even an acknowledgement. Is there anything else I can do as I only get passed on between various departments at Beko? It is an expensive product to simply replace, this has been going on for 4 weeks now and I have a young family I am struggling to keep food in the house.

Exercise your statutory consumer rights with seller of the the fridge freezer, they are the ones who you have a contract with, not the manufacturer. It would be best to get a hold of this report though as the onus will be on you to prove that the fault is inherent to manufacture of the fridge freezer.

Did you buy " a repair and care plan" before the warranty expired? What was the point?
Regardless, what does this "plan", that you paid your money for,  say about "irreparable" products ?

How long was the warranty?  The engineer said it was a long term fault.
