How do I differentiate between hard and soft ride tyre brands? Is it related to any other tyre

    Can’t remember the name and model as it was along time ago but I had “soft” tyres once and my god they wore out quick. Never again 
  • More likely related to how much air is in the tyre than the tyre brand. If you want a softer ride, let some air out and run at the lowest pressure specified for your car. If you want a harder ride and more economy, pump the tyres up a bit to the highest pressure specified.

    50 series at 32PSI or a 55 series at 36PSI?    Sidewall construction?  Wheel geometry?  Weight?

    Its a dark art and very little of it matters as long as its black and round.
