Holiday cut short

Hoping someone can offer some help / advice 
It’s 19 weeks since our vacation in Morocco was cut short by four days due to Covid thus far we’ve had little success with TUI despite numerous emails, as well as the four days we also lost a planned excursion to Marrakesh which was £200 and again we’ve had no success only standard emails the last which stated they were passing onto their resort team some four weeks have elapsed and still nothing from TUI

any advice anyone please ?

    Did they get you home ok, but 4 days early? If so they may give you a pro-rata refund for missed days.

     If you bought the excursion through them then I’d expect that to be refunded as well.  If you bought it separately your best bet may be insurance.
