Finding energy ombudsman.
Can anybody help we find the right sight for an energy ombudsman.
Im currently stuck in a dispute with British Gas that is quite frankly a total cluster****! Initial dispute was caused by me not providing meter readings for some years (my fault I know!) but since then they seem to have no idea what they are doing. I have been charged £4500, £2000, then £2800 (for 3mths of electricity!), also been in credit £2000 and £3000 for....reasons. Am currently in credit several thousand (but paying £400 a mth on a locked payment plan that nobody at BG can unlock). Latest development involves them recording my meter readings the wrong way round and when I asked them to rectify it I realiesed that all my readings on my account for the last 2 yrs have now disappeared instead!
Im swapping to a different supplier on 11/8 and I think I really need an independent viewpoint to try and work out what BG are even doing!
