            Defo dont reduce yet
sometimes “reduced” says no one wants it etc
I would however never have “offers over” if I was happy with £195-£200k

You don`t have to trumpet that it is reduced, viewers with PropertyLog will see it, but to most people it is just another house that may or may not fit their price/location/size requirements.Densol said:Defo dont reduce yet

I'm amused by the fact that 'Bedroom 1' on the photos is actually a bunk bed room.... I would assume it would be the main bedroom or 'Master Bedroom' as some label it.... just saying!Oh - as to reducing the price. You've said you're not in a hurry, so I would wait a couple of months before thinking of reducing.#2 Saving for Christmas 2024 - £1 a day challenge. £325 of £3660

Certainly it is too early to reduce it you need to wait at least six weeks. i would expect first offer to be around £190K as everybody wants something off. On a personal note I would be looking for at least a downstairs cloakroom in a family house and several on the estate agents listinng have them/0

Reducing now might snag you a buyer before the economic/health news gets worse, waiting just leaves you chasing the market down.0

Sorry just seen all these replies! We actually accepted an offer yesterday very close to the asking price so very pleased. Re the ‘bunk bed room’ lol we have our boys in the master as they need more space than us! Now on to try and find something to buy 😳1
