               l live on a holiday park and we pay our fees 12 months in advance . VAT has been reduced from 20% to 5% for 6 months  ---  is the holiday park oblidged to return the difference to us ? lt works out at £200 ?

No, the tax point was at the point you paid it.

Next years fees should be cheaper though if the tax point is on or before 12 January 2021.

Maybe they will, maybe they wont. The invoice could still be the same amount but with the service and tax apportioned in different proportions.
