Search from company I don’t recognise

I checked my credit file this morning and I’ve had a soft search done by a company I don’t recognise.
HOOYU LIMITED (Cosmos, Cr, Tso)
It’s listed as an identity check.
Ive applied for no accounts in over 6 months, this includes accounts such as bookmakers, catalogues, currency exchange etc as I know these can do identity checks. Also they have used an address I’ve not lived at for 15 years and put my title as Dr, I’m not a Dr I’m a Mr.
Could this be someone trying to use my details and if so where should I report this.

AdamWho did you check your file with ?There are 2 other reporting agencies so check them.This is the website https://www.hooyu.com/ ?
