Urgent help with AviationADR - Awarded to me but no pay

Hi there,
I have made a claim back in April with AviationADR against Wizz Air for flight cancellation after they refused to pay out compensation for my wife and I.
In 2nd of June it was determined and awarded to me, saying they must pay us both for the cancellation. I have entered my banking information which the Airline has marked as wrong twice, and then I've called the bank and updated the information and submitted again the day after it was awarded to me.
The next action date on my case was 3rd of July, meaning the Airline had 30 days to pay out as the final determination states.
I received no payment whatsoever and have tried to get in touch with AviationADR and CDRL via- claim portal, opening a ticket on their website, emails, twitter, phone. I got no response whatsoever.
The action date is stuck on 3rd July which was almost 4 weeks ago. I'm not sure what to do.. It's quite a lot of money (over £1,000) and I need it.
Can anyone please advise?

Hi Sok7, I am having the same issue with Ryanair. My payment deadline passed 14 August 25. How did you resolve yours? Did you have to resort to the small claims court? Thanks0

Only cost is a stamp to send a LBA, plenty of templates on the web.1

Update!!I discussed the issue online with Ryanair through their "contact us" tab at the bottom of their website.I started with the chatbot and soon got a real operative who was very good. Its taken 30 minutes or so but he confirmed that the payment would be paid and I had an alert from the AviationADR to that effect instantly.Well done Ryanair!0
