Loveholidays have booked us into the wrong hotel and we have been trying to contact them to correct this.
We have emailed them without reply.
We have tried dozens of times to try and get onto the online chat .
How can we actually speak to them?

There are numerous posts here of people unable to contact Loveholidays for a multitude of issues.
They have a dreadful reputation for customer service and you have little or no chance of actually speaking to them. All you can do is join the queue of people trying to get through via online chat. There is another recent post from someone travelling out on 2nd August and they can't get through either.1
