Oh and according to your other thread, you're on £91K. So I'm surprised you need a credit card.,
Why surprised that they need a credit card just like the person above I have several credit cards even though I have a income well above what my bills come to i try to pay everything via a card that gives me points that are converted to Amazon gift cards which give me between £20 and £30 per month I have the card payments set up to pay everything off each month using this card gives me a discount of 1% on everything I buy which is the same % as  my savings account  many people work their home spending like I do as in addition to the 1% it also gives you protection in case anything goes wrong with what you buy.

    Regards Poppy Ann.

Ridiculous - or do you really believe that people who earn over a certain amount dont need/use credit cards

It's sensible to have a credit card if you're not going to spend stupidly on it, no? I have one card I'm trying to pay down but we have a joint one that we use for big ticket items and pay off monthly because credit cards give such a good level of consumer protection.

Looks like a good deal. Care to name the card?
    • All land is owned. If you are not on yours, you are on someone else's
    • When on someone else's be it a road, a pavement, a right of way or a property there are rules. Don't assume there are none.
    • "Free parking" doesn't mean free of rules. Check the rules and if you don't like them, go elsewhere

There’s a village somewhere that’s missing you. Suggest you go find it if you don’t have anything helpful to contribute.

The AMEX Platinum Everyday card does, even pays 5% for the first few months. The normal AMEX Platinum pays slightly more than that, but with an annual fee of £25.

I actually have an AMEX card that pays 1.5-2% cashback, but that's through my work health insurance rather than generally available.
