Don't know how to pay credit card

Hello fellow DFWs.
I have a credit card bill payment due on 28th July. £30 or so.
I have £800 in my current account, so no problem for funds.
However....
TSB Credit was usually paid by a transfer from my TSB current account, using online banking.
I switched current accounts from TSB to Barclays, and changed my mobile telephone number.
So I can't log on to TSB banking, as I dont have the telephone number to authenticate the login.
I dont have the CC physically (I cut it up), and I dont receive any statements, so dont have a reference.
I have money, and a willingness to pay, but I dont have an account number, or login?
Am I stuck with a non payment heading my way?

Who is the credit card held with? Call them and ask to do a debit card payment, or see what they suggest. They should be able to find your account with your details even if you don’t have the CC number.2

Contact TSB credit card. They will be able to locate the details with your name/address etc. Unfortunate timing to transfer current accounts and mobile number at the same time.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free Wannabe, Budgeting and Banking and Savings and Investment boards. I've been on the telephone to them, and they can't do anything without an account number. Advised I go into a branch with ID tomorrow. Thanks for the replies.Amazon Bar Raiser0

Hope it goes ok at the bank. You need to order a new card to get your CC number then set up a new DD quickly. Usually takes about a week to come. You don't want to to be going to the bank every month to make your payment.1

I use TSB internet banking but don't need any mobile phone authentication. I only have current and savings accounts though - is their credit card on a different internet banking platform?0
-
No. It was the same platform, it appeared as an account next to my current accounts. Thanks for everyone’s help, I got it sorted in branch with ID. Cc all paid off.Amazon Bar Raiser0
